Periwinkle Papers’ stationery products are printed in
full-color on high quality paper. All of our designs are our
original artwork. For apparel items such as t-shirts and onesies,
we use only top of the line, 100% cotton apparel with no imperfections.

Turn-Around
Time
Our standard turn-around time for orders is 10-15 business
days plus shipping time. However, since most products are
personalized, order processing times may vary. (i.e. during
the Holiday Season / November & December our turn around
time may take longer). If it will be longer than normal, you
will be notified by email.
ORDERING INFORMATION How To Order
Your choices for designs can be seen on the “Design
Sheet.”
Font color choices and font styles can be seen on the “Font
Sheet.”
Select the product you are interested in from the “Products”
page. Choose the design, font color and typestyle, quantity
and include the name to be printed on item. After you have
placed all your selections into the Shopping Cart, proceed
to check out. -or-
Download order form
If you do not want to pay by credit card and would rather
mail a check - you can download the order form. Mail this
form to us with your check.
IMPORTANT:
we will not start printing your order until your check has
been received. It will take 10-15 business days from when
we receive your check for the order to be sent to you.
SHIPPING AND HANDLING INFORMATION
Because all orders are custom printed, please allow 2 - 3
weeks for your order to be processed and shipped. Most orders
will be shipped FedEx Ground from Charlotte, North Carolina
and will arrive in 1-3 days on east coast, 3-5 days for those
west of the Mississippi. Some orders are sent via Priority
Mail by the U.S. Post Office service with a 1-3 day delivery
time.
Shipping & Handling prices are based on your total amount
spent.
-Orders under $200 have a $9 shipping and handling fee.
-Orders totaling $200 or more have a $12 shipping and handling
fee
Tax Information
North Carolina customers will be billed sales tax of 7.25%.
By law, we also have to charge sales tax on shipping and handling
charges.
Online Order
Payment
Orders through our online store will be placed through our
Online Credit Card Processing Service, USAe-pay and or Online
Merchant Service Provider, Newtek Merchant Solutions. These
are secure services and reputable companies. It is 100% safe
for your use.
